
Waimata Cheese is a multi generational family business that has been producing award-winning cheese for over 25 years. The milk for their delicious cheese is sourced from East Coast farms and the family’s own sheep dairying farm. Kelly and Elm have been attending the Gisborne Farmer’s Market since 2007 and among some of the Farmer’s Market favourites are the ginormus wheels of blue, the haloumi, the sheep cheeses and the large wheels of ashed brie cheese.
